His unique background with real estate development, land-use planning and construction has enabled him to successfully execute complex transactions. As the Director of Custom Development for Laing Luxury Homes, Craig lead a team that received recognition for being industry leaders in the building industry. His attention to detail, strategic focus and passion to provide world-class customer service has earned him recognition throughout the industry.
Craig’s unique real estate experience enables him to assist his clients with a dynamic approach to their property considerations. His tenacious pursuit of completing transactions and customer service is evident by the number of clients who refer him to friends and
colleagues. Craig recognizes that for many of his clients, their home purchase will likely be the largest and most important one they will encounter. Craig has been working in Coastal communities from Santa Barbara to San Diego for years and his relationships with developers, brokers, public agencies, associations, architects, and engineers enables him to utilize his experience to be successful.
As a strategic thinker, Craig’s focus on progressive marketing, innovative advertising, and leveraging his industry relationships enables him to utilize the latest industry technology to ensure his clients properties are receiving maximum exposure. While the majority of the real estate transactions he has facilitated have been single-family home sales, Craig has also handled REOs, probate, short sales, divorce sales, income properties, commercial sales and leases. His industry knowledge has been highlighted in theWall Street Journal, Business Week Magazine, GreenSource MagazineandOrange County Register.
Real estate has been a part of the Delahooke family for three generations. Craig’s grandfather owned a real estate company in Sierra Madre that was later purchased by his son using the name Delahooke & Associates. After 40 years as a broker, Craig’s father retired and now lives in San Clemente, California.
BRENDAN DELAHOOKE - Business Development Manager
As a graduate of the Fermanian School of Business at Point Loma Nazarene University, Brendan utilizes his strategic focus on customer acquisitions to expand Delahooke Real Estate’s client base. He has also developed an important marketing campaign through various social media sources to maximize the exposure of our clients properties and keep them informed about industry trends. Brendan’s focus on detail, pursuit for knowledge and passion for building relationships makes him an important asset to our growing business. He recently completed an internship working for Marshall Reddick Real Estate coordinating conferences and analyzing market statistics for properties throughout the United States.
MASON DELAHOOKE - Marketing Manager
As a graduate of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, Mason uses his unique creative talents to develop the graphics for the company’s website and various marketing materials. Specifically, Mason has become an expert in Photoshop and takes ordinary images and through a complicated series of layering makes them extraordinary. His creative perspective and pursuit to make every detail perfect allows our marketing materials to have a unique style. Mason consults for several marketing companies creating custom graphics and mobile apps.
NATALIE FRESHER - Transaction Coordinator
As a graduate of San Diego State University, Natalie has been working with Real Estate Agents for over 10 years throughout Southern California. She is a vital part of the Delahooke Team managing all contract paperwork, monitoring schedules, coordinating with third-parties, maintaining copies of inspections and preparing a digital record of all documents. Natalie graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
